Extract from Breed Survey manual Section 5.2 [Feburary 2020] – Animals should be surveyed in the State of domicile however it shall not be compulsory. If an owner wishes to survey in a state other than their state of domicile, they must advise the NBC Chairperson via email who will advise the relevant SBSC Coordinators.
For whatever reason, representation of animals will only be accepted if the animal is presented again to the Breed Survey Panel where the original survey was conducted.
Where the original survey was conducted at a National Show, application may be made to the NBC Executive to re-present to a different panel and location.
