The German Shepherd Dog Club of South Australia (GSDCSA) Incorporated provides current members with the option to renew their membership subscription via online payment of an invoice. We provide items of merchandise for sale.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
All the information you provide the GSDCSA Inc is regarded as highly confidential. It is used for internal purposes only. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care, and is collected and used by us solely to provide you with the best service possible, and for payment, accounting and club communication purposes (e.g. our newsletters). Your information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be sold, leased, disclosed, or loaned to a third party unless otherwise required by law or with your explicit consent.

Credit Card Information: We do not view, collect, retain or otherwise have access to your credit card or bank details. Credit card details are processed via PayPal which is a world-class, secure payment gateway. This gateway employ the latest in encryption and security technology to keep your credit card details safe. When making a payment with us you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure site before submitting your credit card details.
Cookies: Your browser must be capable of accepting ‘cookies’ and have ‘cookies’ enabled.
REFUNDS and RETURNS
Membership renewals: the GSDCSA does not refund Membership renewal payments. If you wish to alter your membership category and amount payable, please contact the Secretary at secretary@gsdcsa.org.au. All memberships, both new and renewed, are subject to approval and acceptance by the Management Committee.
Show or trial Entries: The GSDCSA Inc. does not refund Show or Trial entry payments. No refunds will be made if a show is cancelled due to extreme weather.
Merchandise: All returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased are by prior arrangement only. Goods being returned must be in original packaging and fit for re-sale. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error by us. No claims recognised after 14 days. We recommend that you use Express Post Parcel or insured Parcel Post for shipment for your own protection. This provides proof that the item was mailed if we do not receive the returned package. Send returned products to: GSDCSA, PO Box 714, GLENELG SA 5045. If provided, refunds will be provided in the same currency as originally billed i.e. AUD.
Delivery of Orders Merchandise is made to order and will be dispatched as stock is available. You will be advised of the delivery and/or availability of pick up. Stock availability can cause delays.
Our standard shipping method is via Australia Post based on weight and size.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Select the appropriate option when completing the order from the Checkout. If you select the payment method of PayPal, once you click “Proceed to PayPal” you will be transferred to the PayPal site which is secure. You do not need a PayPal account to use this method. For Direct Bank Account Transfer you will be required to process payment via EFT from your bank account.
Currency / Prices – All prices listed on this web site are in Australian Dollars and have GST included. We endeavour to keep prices displayed on this site as accurate as possible. However, prices are subject to change. If for any reason, the price displayed on this site is different from the actual price of the item or subscription, we will phone you to seek your approval of the new price before charging you.
Typographical – We shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions found on this web site. We reserve the right to make product information and pricing changes without notice. Specifications, features and promotions about products found on this web site are obtained from the manufacturer and may be changed by the manufacturer without our knowledge at any time. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even when the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account.
