Breed Survey - Entries close 12 noon 30 July.

Survey Commences at 11 am.

Please ensure that you include the following documents when applying :

• The application form can be downloaded HERE
• Copy of the animals Dogs Australia Pedigree
• Copy of the HD/ED results from the German Shepherd Dog Council of Australia scheme.
• A five generation pedigree showing linebreeding.
