Breed Survey

  • Summary: Breed Survey to be held in conjunction with the 2018 GSDCA GSD National Show & Trial
  • Details:

    Breed Survey to be conducted at 12 noon. 

    All entry fees & documentation MUST be received by 3.00 pm on Thursday 19 April  2018 with the Secretary at secretary@gsdcsa.org.au

    Please note that this survey will be conducted at 3.00 pm on the Thursday before the National Show by the South Australian Survey Panel. 

    Documents required are –

    • Completed Breed Survey Application Form (GSDCA BS1)
    • Five (5) generation pedigree
    • Copy of ANKC pedigree
    • Copy of HD & ED results
    • Copy of Haemophilia results (if applicable)

     

    Please Note – Originals of the ANKC pedigree and HD & ED results MUST be brought to the survey and sighted by the surveyor.
