    Breed Survey to be conducted at 11.00 am (Note the change of time)

    All entry fees & documentation MUST be received by 11.00 am (by the completion of training) on 7 October 2018 with the Secretary at secretary@gsdcsa.org.au

    Documents required are –

    • Completed Breed Survey Application Form (GSDCA BS1)  Cost $35
    • Five (5) generation pedigree
    • Copy of Grading Certificate with the minimum grading of “Good”
    • Copy of ANKC pedigree
    • Copy of HD & ED results
    • Copy of Haemophilia results (if applicable)

    Please Note – Originals of the ANKC pedigree and HD & ED results MUST be brought to the survey and sighted by the surveyor.
