    Breed Survey

     

    Sunday 24th July 2016

    Commencing at 12 noon

     

    All entry fees & documentation MUST be received by close of training

    (12.00 noon) on 17th July 2016

     

    Documents required are:

    • Completed Breed Survey Application Form (GSDCA BS1)
    • Five (5) generation pedigree
    • Copy of ANKC pedigree
    • Copy of HD & ED results
    • Copy of Haemophilia results (if applicable)

     

    Please Note

    Originals of the ANKC pedigree and HD & ED results MUST be

    brought to the survey and sighted by the surveyor.
