Annual Award Applications

Applications for Annual Awards must be received by the Secretary on or before the 15 October each year for the preceding Club financial year from 1 October to 30 September.  You must be a financial members of the Club to apply for these awards. 

You can lodge your application by electronically submitting an application using the links below.  You will need scanned copies of your supporting certificates and or paperwork to upload with your application:

Or, if you prefer, you can CLICK HERE to download the manual application form and post to the The Secretary, GSDC of SA Inc, PO Box 714, GLENELG  SA  5045 or deliver to the club on or before the 15 October. 

Non-receipt of an application will mean that your award will not be available for collection at the annual Club presentation Day/Night.
