Breed Surveys are conducted four times during the year and are usually held in March, May, August and October. These months are subject to change depending on other events that may be held. Dates will be published in the Calendar of events.
Breed Surveys are run by the GSDC of SA on behalf of the GSDCA.

Application for Breed Survey in own state (BS1 Form) – From 1st July 2013 the cost of entry is $35.00
Application for Breed Survey outside of own state (BS4 Form) – If you intend to survey your animal outside of your State of domicile this form is required to be completed along with the BS1 Form.

Breed Survey Index Book
An index of all Breed Surveyed animals has been put together and can be found on the GSDCA website. These include all animals surveyed from 1978-2011. These files will be updated from time to time to include further survey years. Please be patient dowloading these files – they are very large!
